Standard Rates:
Weekday rates are $159.95 Monday - Thursday
Weekend rates are $199.95 Friday - Sunday
Rates are per night (double occupancy) for the entire cottage.
Minimum 2 night stay for weekends. $10.00 for each additional person.
For pets add a $20.00 fee per stay.

Cancellation Policy:
Seven days prior to reservation
No cancellations for holidays and special event weeks.
$25.00 cancellation charge will apply to all reservations
